You'll play a crucial role in migrating HR documents from legacy PeopleSoft systems to a modern cloud platform, writing technical specifications, collaborating with senior HR leaders, and validating migration results. The ideal candidate has strong business analyst skills and broad HR functional knowledge.

• Inventory HR documents across multiple PeopleSoft installations.
• Write functional specifications for document migration.
• Run structured review sessions with HR, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Test migrated records against acceptance criteria.
