C&B Logistics Pty Ltd is a family-owned and growing refrigerated transport company based in Canning Vale. With a strong presence across the Perth metropolitan area and a growing fleet, we are looking for multiple experienced HR Truck Drivers to join our team.

THE ROLE

As an HR Truck Driver with C&B Logistics, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of refrigerated and frozen products across Perth.

You will be:

• Operating modern, well-maintained HR refrigerated trucks
• Completing local Perth Metro deliveries
• Delivering to supermarkets, distribution centres, warehouses and independent customers
• Loading and unloading freight safely
• Completing deliveries accurately and on time
• Using electronic POD and delivery systems
• Maintaining communication with our operations team
• Ensuring all company, customer and road safety requirements are followed
• Representing C&B Logistics professionally when dealing with customers

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for drivers who are:

• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Safety-focused and professional
• Experienced in HR truck driving
• Comfortable with multi-drop deliveries
• Able to work independently and manage delivery schedules
• Physically fit and capable of loading/unloading freight
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Well presented and professional
• Able to follow company procedures and customer requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Current HR Driver's Licence
• Proven HR driving experience
• Clean and responsible driving record
• Good understanding of Australian road rules
• Reliable transport to and from our Canning Vale depot
• Ability to pass company/customer site requirements
• Refrigerated transport experience is highly regarded but not essential

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL BE HIGHLY REGARDED

Experience in:

• Refrigerated transport
• Supermarket deliveries
• Distribution centre deliveries
• Multi-drop delivery work
• Pallet and carton deliveries
• Tailgate/liftgate operations
• Food transport and logistics
