HR Drivers

The Role

Action Workforce are currently seeking experienced HR Truck Drivers to join our team in West Gosford, working with a leading national freight company specialising in palletised freight transport across Australia.

If youre a professional driver who takes pride in safe driving, enjoys staying active throughout the day, and wants consistent local work with strong pay, this opportunity is for you.

What your day will look like

• Multi-drop palletised freight deliveries and pickups to local businesses across the Central Coast
• Operating tautliner trucks with tail lift operations
• Using manual and electric pallet jacks
• Load restraint using straps
• Completing run sheets and delivery documentation
• Conducting vehicle checks and maintaining safety compliance

What we’re looking for

• Current HR Truck Licence with proven driving experience
• Experience driving tautliner vehicles
• Experience with multi-drop or bulk freight deliveries
• Strong understanding of load restraint practices
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and tail lifts
• Able to complete hand unloads of palletised freight as needed
• Solid understanding of WHS, RMS and fatigue regulations
