HR Efficiency Intern

Job Information

• Location : Da Vincistraat 5,Berkel en Rodenrijs,2652XE,NL (Warehouse)
• Period： Available for internship asap, able to work 5 days per week for at least 3 months.
• Outstanding intern will have the opportunity to be converted to full-time employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures, employment contract administration, and employee record maintenance.
• Serve as the primary Single Point of Contact for day-to-day employee inquiries and HR-related requests.

1. Process Building & Asset Operations

• Assist in developing employee-facing guidebooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) from scratch.
• Manage fixed assets and office supplies with precision, attention to detail, and high organizational skills.

1. Stakeholder Engagement & HR Projects

• Maintain regular alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
• Organize and execute diverse HR initiatives, including local activities, employee satisfaction surveys, and team-building events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Career Focus : Clear intent and long-term interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources Management (HRM).
• Experience : Educational background in HR/Business administration or prior HR internship/work experience is preferred.
• Key Traits :
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to embrace uncertainty and thrive in a 0-to-1 environment.
• Self-driven, service-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with high awareness of HR sensitivity and data privacy compliance (GDPR).
• Languages : fluent English, Mandarin and Dutch are plus
