What they need
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
At least 6 months of work experience in HR Employee Relation
Fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience (ER) are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable in preparing and handling notice to explain, incident reports, and disciplinary actions.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to learn, adapt, and work effectively in a dynamic work environment.
