HR EMPLOYEE RELATION ASSISTANT

Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. ● At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a manpower agency. ● Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and basic HR practices is an advantage. ● Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in addressing and resolving employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues in a professional and timely manner. ● Assist with employee disciplinary cases, including preparation of notices, documentation, incident reports, NTE, NOD and other required records. ● Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and account coordinators regarding employee performance, attendance, conduct, and workplace concerns. ● Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including incident reports, disciplinary documents, and employee correspondence. ● Assist in conducting policy briefings and other HR-related activities. ● Support the implementation and communication of company rules, regulations, and HR policies. ● Monitor employee concerns and follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution. ● Prepare HR reports and summaries related to employee relations, disciplinary cases, attendance, turnover, and other workforce concerns. ● Assist in investigations of employee complaints and workplace incidents by gathering relevant information and documentation. ● Ensure that employee relations activities and documentation comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
