HR Employee Relations Officer

About the Role

Power Mac Center, a leading Apple Premium Reseller in the Philippines, is looking for an HR Specialist & Officer – Employee Relations to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues and supporting fair and consistent workplace practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
• Investigate employee concerns and complaints while ensuring fair and objective resolution.
• Support the implementation of engagement and communication initiatives.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct briefings or training sessions on workplace behavior, discipline, and other key HR topics.
• Maintain organized and confidential documentation of employee relations cases.
• Assist with other HR projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in employee or labor relations, ideally within the retail, service, or related industries.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
