HR Employee Relations Staff

Responsible for handling employee relations concerns and administrative case processes, including case investigation, documentation, hearing coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Ensures proper monitoring and filing of ER-related records while supporting management in maintaining workplace discipline and employee engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end administrative case process, including:
• Drafting and issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE)
• Conducting case investigations
• Facilitating administrative hearings
• Drafting and issuance of Notice of Decision (NOD)
• Maintain and update the case monitoring tracker/database.
• Send Zoom invitations and coordinate schedules for administrative hearings.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of Employee Relations (ER) documents.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Management or the immediate Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant Employee Relations experience.
• Knowledge of SENA and DOLE proceedings is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in 7th Flr MC Squasre Bldg. corner Mindanao Ave. Brgy. Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday from 9:00AM – 6:00PM
• Can start ASAP!

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
