HR Engagement Support (intern)

Position : HR Support (intern)
Internship Duration : 6 months under PERSOL
Location : Senai, Johor
Background : Recruitment Agency
Working Days : Monday – Friday
Working Hours : 09.00am – 6.00pm (Flexible upon request)
Allowance : RM 800
OT : Not Entitled
Payout : every 7th of month

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
6. Willingness to learn and support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and administrative tasks.
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to gain practical HR experience.
9. Minimum internship duration of 6 months (preferred).
10. Able to work in shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and attendance-related queries.
2. Maintain and update employee data in Workday, including employment status changes, resignations, and contract end dates.
3. Track, analyse, and report attrition data while ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
4. Assist in candidate sourcing and support recruitment activities when required.
5. Prepare HR reports and dashboards for attendance, headcount, and attrition monitoring.
   Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality across all HR records and processes.
