HR Event Supervisor

Responsible for the end-to-end planning, overall coordination, execution, post-event review, and continuous improvement of daily HR team-building activities, employee birthday celebrations, departmental meetings, and various HR events, with the aim of strengthening team atmosphere and enhancing internal collaboration and cohesion within the department.

• Lead the overall planning and execution of large-scale company-wide events, including the annual party, Mountain cation, company sports day, spring fun run, and other employee engagement activities. Responsibilities include proposal development, budget control, vendor coordination, process rehearsals, on-site management, and emergency response to ensure standardized and high-quality delivery of major events.
• Responsible for the ongoing management of employee clubs, including event implementation, record keeping, and system optimization. Continuously improve the club operating model and innovate activity formats to enrich employees cultural and recreational life, energize the organization, and support the implementation of corporate culture initiatives. Requirements: 1. Passionate about sports, with at least 2 years of experience in corporate HR culture activities and large-scale event planning and coordination.
• Familiar with the full process of event operations in medium-to-large enterprises, and able to independently manage and deliver an entire event from planning to execution.
• Strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to independently manage the visual style and brand presentation of events.
• Excellent on-site management, emergency handling, and cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
