HR Executive Responsibilities

An HR Executive is responsible for managing employee-related activities and supporting the organization’s HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: Prepare job descriptions, source candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Onboarding: Complete joining formalities, documentation, induction, and employee orientation.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases, attendance, and personal information.
• Attendance & Leave: Monitor attendance, leave records, and working hours.
• Payroll Support: Collect and verify payroll-related information such as attendance, deductions, incentives, and employee changes.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, workplace concerns, and communication.
• HR Policies: Help implement company policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, and related documentation.
• Training & Development: Identify training requirements and coordinate training programs.
• Compliance: Maintain HR records and support compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Offboarding: Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and final documentation.
• HR Reporting: Prepare reports on headcount, attendance, turnover, recruitment, and other HR metrics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
