HR Executiv

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an HR Executive at شركة و مشتل بيت الاشجار Tree House Company and Nursery. The HR Executive will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with recruitment-related activities such as screening applications and scheduling interviews. This role will help implement HR policies, manage employee benefits inquiries, and support personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and leave administration. The HR Executive will also collaborate with management to address employee concerns, contribute to HR reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations. Regular communication with team members and leadership is expected to maintain a positive and transparent work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in general HR operations and employee support.
• Demonstrated skills in HR Management and Personnel Management, including handling employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including clarification of benefits and coordination with relevant providers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time setting.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple HR tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
