HR Executiv

Role Description The HR Executive role at United Gulf is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting and coordinating various human resources activities. On a day-to-day basis, the HR Executive will assist with implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes. The role includes coordinating employee benefits administration, assisting with performance management documentation, and maintaining compliance with company HR standards. The HR Executive will also help address employee inquiries, support HR-related reporting, and collaborate with management to improve HR procedures and workplace practices. This position requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while aligning with company objectives.

• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to effectively support and coordinate HR operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits to ensure proper implementation of guidelines and benefits administration.
• Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management to maintain accurate records and support employee lifecycle processes.
• Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to work with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Candidates should be proficient with HR-related software tools and basic office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Candidates should have prior experience in an HR or administrative role; a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and a thorough understanding of professional ethics in HR practices.
