HR Executive (all function)

Our client is a leading health check-up and health screening clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations, including payroll, HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage performance management and support employee development initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and management updates.
• Provide HR advice and support to management on People Matters.
• Work independently as a one-person HR team, taking ownership of day-to-day HR matters and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 7+ years of HR experience, preferably at Senior Executive/Manager level.
• Strong Full-Spectrum HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Thai labor law.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a standalone HR role.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.
