HR Executive & Admin

Co-ordinating with the Candidates for the collecting the documents as a part of the pre-joining process.

· Collecting the documents with in 48hours from the shortlisted candidates.

· Onboarding on HRIS: To Ensure all the details of the employees are entered in the HRIS as soon as he/she is selected.

· Processing the Onboarding on HRIS by uploading the documents and information on the portal and converting them into an employee.

· Update the IT team to be ready with assets for new joiner.

· Sending the information to the respective stakeholders about the joining of the candidates.

· To Maintain the employee files and records as per the company checklist.

· Sharing the Joining Input details as per the format to the HR Operations and Payroll department.

· Working in alignment with the Unit HRs and the Corporate HRs to ensure implementation of smooth Onboarding Process without any Gaps.

· Visiting the units as and when required and handling the unit activities as per the business recruitment/ to fill the replacement need in the absences of unit HR

· Any other responsibility which might arise based on the needs of the organization as and when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
