Job Description of HR:-

• Review and analyze resumes using Naukri.com and other relevant portals.
• Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.
• Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
• Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the Orientation and training process.
• Complete all paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.
• Able to take care employees as well as admin work.
• Taking care of staff attendance, leave policies, and salary management.
• Responsible for regular Employee performance assessment as well as training & motivation program.
• Open for additional responsibilities as/when required.

Job Description of CRM:-

• Working on Post Sales Clients paper work , payment collection follow up and proper Documentation.
• Coordinate with sales teams, manage booking processes, process cheque, and prepare draft agreements.
• Be clear about all aspects of the transaction, including potential issues, to build trust.
• Provide regular updates to Clients tough call and messages about their maintenance dues and insure timely collection of the yearly maintenance.
• Timely coordinate with Bankers as well as with clients for loan disbursement and
• Coordinate with Lower and update to reporting manager about legal matter progress.
• Preparing the DSR (daily sales report) and report to immediate boss.
• Acting as bridge between sales, accounts and site staff.
• Achieve the target provided by the company in terms of maintenance, client support .
• Proper Communication with client to insure smooth functioning after sales till registry to avoid any miscommunication.
