Hr Executive And Generalist

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 2,000+ employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Manage payroll inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and employee salary records.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and payroll reports.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
• Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on experience in Payroll Processing.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS, etc.
• Experience handling salary processing for 2,000+ employees.
• Strong expertise in MIS & Payroll Reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
