Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR generalist activities such as employee onboarding, exit formalities, joining formalities, induction program, attendance management, leave management, salary processing, payroll processing.
• Coordinate with employees to ensure timely completion of all necessary documents and procedures for new hires and terminations.
• Assist in generating offers for potential candidates through various channels
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide support to senior HR team members in resolving complex issues related to employment law.
