Role & responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and hiring for Sales, Telecalling, Marketing and other real-estate positions.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, onboarding and HR documentation.
• Monitor sales team performance, targets, discipline and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to support staffing and operational requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the real-estate industry.
• MBA in HR / Human Resources is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee management and HR operations.
• Good communication, coordination and people-management skills.
