Hr Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Assistant to manage day-to-day HR operations for hospitality outlets. The role will involve recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, documentation, HR compliance, and coordination with outlet teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, institutes, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Manage employee onboarding and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases/HRMS.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, manpower reports, and employee data.
• Support payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of required information.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and documentation.
• Conduct and coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
• Support employee engagement and Rewards & Recognition activities.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, RGM/Operations, and other department heads for manpower requirements.
• Monitor vacancies, replacements, and joining status across outlets.
• Support POSH, labour law, and other HR compliance activities.
• Prepare regular HR reports related to hiring, attrition, manpower, and employee status.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• Problem-solving and multitasking ability.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or retail.
