Job Purpose

To support smooth execution of plant HR operations, employee services, manpower management, statutory compliance and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant HR operations, employee documentation and HRMS updation.
• Handle joining, induction, transfer, confirmation, separation and employee records.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate recruitment and manpower deployment as per approved requirements.
• Manage contract manpower and contractor coordination, including attendance, wage and compliance records.
• Support statutory labour compliance including PF, ESIC, minimum wages, contract labour and applicable registers.
• Handle routine employee grievances and employee relations issues.
• Coordinate training, employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS related to headcount, absenteeism, attrition, manpower and other HR metrics.
• Support internal, statutory and social compliance audits, including documentation and closure of observations.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and plant HR initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW preferred.
• 36 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG/food-processing plant.
• Experience in plant HR, contract labour management, HR operations and labour compliance preferred.
