HR Executive and Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring processes for various positions within the organization.
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of candidates meeting job requirements.
• Conduct HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
• Provide support in resolving employee-related issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar function.
• Strong understanding of HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously during peak periods like bulk hiring seasons.
