• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Source candidates through headhunting, networking, and social media platforms to meet volume hiring requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their talent acquisition strategies and provide solutions accordingly.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across different industries.
