HR Executive And Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Write clear, engaging job descriptions for open positions
• Post vacancies on websites, social media, and career boards
• Source candidates through databases and professional networks (e.g., Indeed, Taggd)
• Attend job fairs and campus events to connect with talent

Candidate Screening & Interviewing

• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates
• Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and interest
• Lead first-round interviews (via phone, video, or in-person)
• Administer skill tests or assignments as needed

Hiring & Onboarding

• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs
• Facilitate offer discussions and prepare offer letters
• Support new hires with onboarding and documentation
• Track metrics such as time-to-hire to optimize recruitment processes

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with job portals and professional networks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Analytical mindset for tracking recruitment data

Event & Wellness Management

• Organize team-building games, office celebrations, and holiday events.
• Plan and run mental health or physical wellness programs.

Internal Communication

• Share company updates and stories through newsletters, notice boards, or internal channels.

Employee Feedback & Engagement

• Launch pulse surveys and annual satisfaction questionnaires.
• Review survey data to highlight areas for improvement.
• Conduct informal check-ins to gauge employee happiness.

Recognition & Employee Relations

• Manage employee recognition programs and milestone awards.
• Address employee complaints and mediate fair, timely resolutions.
• Support new hire onboarding to help them feel welcome and engaged.
