Hr Executive And Recruiter

Minimum Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Recruitment / HR Business Partner role

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Understand business deliverables and manpower requirements from client stakeholders to ensure timely hiring closures.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for field/sales workforce for the client sourcing, screening,interviewing, assessments, salary negotiations & onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards & reports accuracy and timely updates.
• Build strong relationships with Business Stakeholders and ensure consistent communication.
• Support manpower planning, workforce deployment & hiring strategies for business continuity.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts, Understanding of Labour Laws, Performance Management.
• Ability to handle Field Force.
• Drive resolution of employee grievances employee connect and timely closure of issues.
• Maintain monthly dashboards by coordinating with business, client & central HR teams.
• Effective Written and Verbal Communication skills, listening Skills.
• Support performance management process monitoring productivity metrics, identifying high/low performers
