Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, from onboarding formalities to smooth offboarding processes.

Support, guide, and assist employees across departments regarding company policies, attendance, and HR queries.

Must have experience into Internal hiring for Sales role.

Collaborate closely with department heads and Accounts to ensure accurate attendance tracking and seamless payroll inputs.

HRMS and Attendance Portal Optimization, maintaining accurate physical and digital employee databases.

Monitor daily attendance, leave management, and grievance redressal processes to maintain operational discipline.

Handle statutory compliance follow-ups (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Fire & Safety NOC) and smooth query resolution.

Track key operational metrics such as employee turnover, attendance compliance, and overtime reports, sharing regular updates with management.

Strengthen positive workplace culture to boost employee retention and enhance the overall employee experience.
