Outcome 1: Understand JDs for Sales, CS, and Technology: Acquire a profound understanding of job descriptions for sales, customer success, and technology roles. Participate in the organisation structure and workforce planning activities to fully understand business outcomes expected from the talent hired in each role

Outcome 2: Collaborate with HMs for Continuous Feedback and Adjustments: Foster close collaboration with Hiring Managers (HMs) to gather ongoing feedback on candidate profiles, ensuring agile adjustments to recruitment strategies.

Outcome 3: Communicate Effectively in English for Employer Branding: Elevate employer branding by articulating messages effectively in English.

Outcome 4: Excite Potential Employees to Consider Jobs at MyNextHire : Infuse enthusiasm and engagement in potential candidates by distinctly defining and passionately selling the reasons why a career at MyNextHire is both enticing and rewarding. Outcome 5: Show Discipline to Define and Stick to the Hiring Process: Exhibit unwavering discipline in defining and adhering to the hiring process, ensuring both efficiency and fairness.

Outcome 6: Negotiate and Build Relationships to Maximize Joining Chances: Employ negotiation skills to build robust relationships with candidates, maximizing the likelihood of successful onboarding. Employ tact and strategic communication to navigate potential obstacles and secure commitments.

Outcome 7: Align and Encourage Others to Thrive in a Data-Driven Culture: Align with and promote a data-driven culture, encouraging others to excel in this culture. Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies, refine processes, and enhance decision-making.

Key Competencies Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting for sales, customer success, and technology roles.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated discipline in adhering to and refining recruitment processes.
