Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Sourcing: Find candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screening: Review resumes and run initial phone or video screening calls to check skills and cultural fit.
• Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and manage the complete interview pipeline.
• Offers: Negotiate compensation packages and release official offer letters.

HR Operations & Employee Life cycle

• Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, collect personal and legal documents, and create employee files.
• Records: Maintain and update employee databases and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Payroll Inputs: Collect and verify attendance, leave records, and bonus details for payroll processing.
• Offboarding: Handle the full exit process, including clearances, full and final (F&F) settlement inputs, and exit interviews.
