Key Responsibilities

Benefits Management

Administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance, annual health check-ups, leave, and other employee benefit programs.

Coordinate with service providers, brokers, and external partners.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records and employee data.

Prepare reports and analytics on benefit utilization, cost trends, and employee feedback, and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labour laws, and benefits-related regulations.

Create and manage benefits communication, awareness campaigns, FAQs, and employee walkthroughs.

Collaborate with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate deductions and timely remittances.

Benchmark company benefits against industry standards and best practices and recommend enhancements.

Rewards & Recognition

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition initiatives.

Collaborate with HR, business units, communications, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program implementation.

Manage R&R platforms, tools, and vendors and ensure timely execution.

Track participation, feedback, and impact metrics and prepare dashboards and executive summaries.

Lead communication and awareness campaigns to increase visibility and participation in R&R programs.

Ensure equity and fairness across recognition mechanisms and continuously improve processes.

Benchmark industry trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Long Service Anniversary

Manage the Long Service Anniversary calendar and identify eligible employees based on tenure milestones such as 5, 10, and 15 years.

Draft and manage internal communications including emails, newsletters, and intranet posts.

Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and creative teams for gifts and employee experiences.

Maintain accurate records and dashboards covering upcoming anniversaries, dispatch status, and employee feedback.

Track R&R budgets and utilization.

Wellness

Plan and coordinate wellness initiatives including:

• Fitness challenges
  • Health screenings
  • Mental health sessions
  • Webinars
  • Employee awareness programs

Corporate Tie-Ups

Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with brands, service providers, and platforms across:

Wellness | Retail | Travel | Healthcare | Fitness | Learning

Negotiate exclusive offers, discounts, and employee engagement benefits.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to finalize contracts, pricing, and engagement terms.

Maintain a database of active partners and ensure timely renewals, reviews, and compliance checks.

Track usage, feedback, engagement, and ROI for each partnership.

Support communication campaigns and benefit rollouts across locations and employee groups.

Performance Management

Manage the Goals Setting process for all business units.

Follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely rollout of the process and communication to new joiners.

Candidate Requirements

Master's Degree in HR from a reputed institute.

6+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to Benefits and Rewards & Recognition.

Previous experience working in a mid-size IT Services company.

Strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and operational skills.

Positive, proactive, and pragmatic approach to challenges and complex situations.

Approachable and responsive, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.

Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Canva.
