Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for excellent customer service.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
• Coordinate training and development programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and employee data.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment services or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
