Client Engagement & Strategy

1. Serve as primary client contact, understanding recruitment needs and culture.

2. Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

3. Proactively communicate recruitment progress and market insights.

4. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling LYWO's services.

Recruitment & Sourcing

1. Utilize advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates.

2. Craft compelling, SEO-optimized job descriptions and post on various platforms.

3. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for diverse talent.

4. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.

AI/ERP & Candidate Management

1. Facilitate interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring positive candidate experience.

2. Conduct initial screenings and assessments for suitability and cultural fit.

3. Manage and update candidate information within the ERP system.

4. Leverage LYWO's AI platform for candidate shortlisting and behavioral matching.
