Hr Executive And Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations at our diagnostic center.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, and administrative staff. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.

Complete employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations. Organize employee engagement activities, training, and performance reviews.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain confidential records. Manage exit formalities, full-and-final settlements, and documentation.

Support management in implementing HR policies and administrative activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred. 13 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic center.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Experience in hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare organizations is an added advantage. Salary
