Hr Executive And Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements.
• Support employee engagement and other HR activities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Should be proactive, organized, present
