Hr Executive And Recruiter

Eligibility & Requirements:

1. Any Graduate can apply.

2. Freshers are welcome for the HR Intern role.

3. 0–2 years of relevant experience for the HR & 4. Administration Executive role.

4. Immediate joiners are preferred.

5. Candidates serving a short notice period may also apply.

6. MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

7. Candidates with experience in the IT Services domain will be preferred.

8. Good verbal and written communication skills.

9. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

10. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

11. Good organizational and time-management skills.

12. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

13. Ability to work independently in a WFH/Hybrid environment.

14. Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

1. Manage recruitment and candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

2. Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.

3. Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations.

4. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and recruitment trackers.

5. Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

6. Coordinate with employees, candidates, and management.

7. Support employee engagement activities and company initiatives.

8. Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
