Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment, Selection & Prepare Job Descriptions

Employee Joining and Documentation

Publish vacancies on recruitment portals,

Screening Resumes & shortlist suitable candidates,

Conduct preliminary interviews,

Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining

Coordination for applicable statutory compliance

Attendance, leave, and employee record management

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on vacancies

Coordination with Accounts and Compliance Team

HR Administration and Reporting

Employee Relations and Engagement

Employee Exit Management

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication and Co ordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR Documentation.
• Experience in trading, import-export, or logistics will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong recruitment, Co-ordination, and Employee-handling abilities
• Honest, responsible, and self-motivated. Professional and approachable when dealing with employees
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
• Able to work independently and co-ordinate with different departments.
• Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment
