Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage employee attendance and maintain HR records
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
• Address employee HR-related queries and concerns
• Prepare and maintain HR/MIS reports
• Track recruitment targets, joining status, and employee performance
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities

Preferred candidate profile

Prior **HR/Recruitment experience is plus**

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and candidate-handling abilities

Must be fluent in Kannada

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring targets

Immediate Joiners

Candidates with prior HR/Recruitment experience or sales experience(any telelcalling)
