HR Executive / Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
• Manage employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Handle onboarding, orientation, confirmation, probation, and resignation processes.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, overtime, and duty rosters.
• Assist in payroll preparation, salary calculations, and claims processing.
• Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, memos, and other correspondence.
• Support monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and compliance with labour laws.
• Coordinate staff training, HRD Corp claims, and training documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement, performance appraisals, and disciplinary matters.
• Perform general HR administrative duties and support daily HR operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; HR experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
