HR Executive / Assistant Manager HR

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant workforce.
• Handle recruitment and onboarding of staff, operators, and contractual employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, etc.).
• Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and coordinate with HO for policy updates.
• Liaise with government authorities, labor inspectors, and external agencies for compliance.
• Coordinate training & development programs to improve workforce efficiency.
• Monitor manpower planning, shift schedules, and workforce productivity.
• Prepare HR-related MIS reports and documentation for management review.
• Support safety, welfare, and industrial relations activities in line with company standards.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IR, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in plant/manufacturing setup.
• Good knowledge of labor laws, factory compliances, and HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems.
