HR Executive / Client SPOC

We are looking for an HR Executive / Client SPOC to join our team in Thane.

Location: Thane
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Experience: 13 Years
Employment: Full-Time

What Were Looking For:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client coordination and relationship management skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reports, and data management
Experience in HR operations, employee coordination, or client handling
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary SPOC for clients and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with clients, candidates/employees, and internal teams.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and MIS.
Handle day-to-day HR & Cilent coordination
Manage onboarding and documentation activities.
Follow up on requirements and ensure timely closure.
Provide regular status updates to clients and management.
