HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Fully in charge of the implementation of lifecycle management of employees, including but not limit to on-boarding , termination , promotion ,internal transfer, probation and Labor contract review management

• Responsible for the employee relationship activity, such as collecting employees’ suggestions or complaints via employee satisfaction survey and daily work ,feedback to management and follow up the action plan.

• Implement and ensure the implementation of HR rules and regulations, timely identify HR-related risks in the operation process and propose effective solutions

• Timely and effectively intervene and deal with employee violations of rules and discipline, disputes or cases related to employee relations.

• Support HR related system online and maintenance meanwhile

Requirements

• Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
• Excellent MS Office skills required for data management (especially MS Excel)
• At least 2-3 years of relevant internal HR job experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
