HR EXECUTIVE

Job Title: HR Executive Reports to: HR Manager Location : ATHARVA FOUNDRIES PVT LTD, MIDC -Wai Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the unit, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration. The HR Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities .

• Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including performance management, and employee engagement.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including technical training/Classroom & On the Job Training
• Performance Management: Collaborate with production managers to develop performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
• Employee Communications: Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, including company news, policies, and benefits.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and other perks.
• Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and performance records.

Authority

• Policy Implementation: Implement HR policies and guidelines specific to the manufacturing unit.
• Budget Management: Manage HR budgets, including recruitment, training, and benefits expenses.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software.

Working Shift

• 12 Hours working shift (8:00 am To 8:00 pm)
