HR Executive

About the Opportunities

We are currently hiring HR Executives for several established manufacturing clients across Johor.

These opportunities are suitable for HR professionals with experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, industrial relations, training, and general HR administration. Candidates will be matched to the most suitable position based on their experience, skills, and preferred location.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned client, your responsibilities may include:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration
• Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime and other employee-related matters
• Assist with payroll preparation and verification
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate training and development programmes
• Assist in foreign worker administration and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour regulations
• Prepare HR reports, documentation and management reports
• Liaise with government authorities, external agencies and other stakeholders when required
• Support HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and labour regulations
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations will be an advantage
• Familiar with payroll, attendance, leave management and employee records
• Experience handling industrial relations or disciplinary matters is an added advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple HR matters effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
