HR executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are updated.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate foreign and local employee documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate HR data.
• Handle employee orientation and induction for new hires.
• Support training and staff development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and Labour Regulations.
• Liaise with government agencies such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, Immigration, and related authorities when required.
• Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
• Organise company activities and employee engagement programmes.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
