Job Details :

Position: HR Executive

Work Mode: Work From Home

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruit and onboard Sales Executives and HR Executives.
• Conduct telephonic screening and candidate follow-ups.
• Explain job opportunities and onboarding procedures to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Support workforce expansion and team-building initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates over phone calls.
• Smartphone or Laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in HR, Recruitment, Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or related fields is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
