HR Executive

Recruitment

• Drive and manage the recruitment activities to achieve an efficient selection process in line with business needs

• Initiate and maintain relationship with the relevant recruitment agencies, executive search companies, education establishments and other channels to establish an on-going source of manpower supply

• Work closely with hiring manager on job interview and hiring

Employee Relations

- Knowledge of Employment Act, ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Maintain employee relation records and handling disciplinary procedures independently including investigation, domestic inquiry and etc.

• Work with respective department in developing company procedures, SOP and policies.

HR Admin

• Preparation of HR related letters (Offer letter, confirmation, promotion, acceptance of resignation & etc)

• Maintain and update employee's data in HRIS

Training

• Conduct new joiner induction training & HR related training

• Managing HRDF fund, training need analysis & in-house training arrangement

Staff Engagement

• Assist in arranging team building/annual dinner/activities

Ad-hoc

• Work closely with other departments (e.g. procurement, IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing) to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency

• Special project from time to time

Job Requirement

· Degree / Diploma in Human resource/Administration/PR or equivalent

· Minimum of 2 years working experience in Retail

· Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

· FMCG/Retail experience is an added advantage

· Must be conversant in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and other relevant legislations
