Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, and HR administration. The candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to handle HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
• Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance activities.
• Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Knowledge of MS Office, HRMS, payroll, and attendance management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
