What you'll be doing?

• Training Coordination: You will manage training activities, from sourcing trainers to handling budgets and reports.
• Insurance Management: Oversee insurance renewals, policy administration, and claims, ensuring all processes are smooth and efficient.
• Office Procurement: Handle the procurement of office assets, stationery, and other administrative needs, ensuring everything is well-stocked and ready for use.
• Vendor Relations: Liaise with building management and external service providers to maintain smooth office operations.
• Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment activities, from liaising with agencies to managing hiring documentation.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports and perform various ad-hoc tasks as required by your supervisor.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Min. 1 year of experience in Human Resources Executive

• Skills: Being detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask will help you excel in this role.
