HR Executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, employee documentation, work pass applications/cancellations, medical check-ups and staff passes
• Handle and resolve employees' HR-related enquiries, including leave and employment matters, in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, and ensure timely updates for compliance and reporting purposes
• Liaise with Payroll, site administrators and relevant stakeholders on employee-related matters, and provide general HR administrative support as required

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience
• HR experience in the Built Environment sector will be an advantage
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and responsible approach
