HR EXECUTIVE

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Cheras, Maluri

Employment Type: Contract (Renew year by year) (On-site only)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: RM4000 - 6000

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangements, and offer follow-up.
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, and related HR documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
• Assist with payroll preparation and EPF, SOCSO, and EIS matters if required.
• Implement and follow up on company HR policies, employee handbook guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee relations matters.
• Prepare warning letters, internal memos, and other HR documents.
• Assist handle EP/Immigration related matters, documents prepared and follow up.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 3 year of experience in HR Generalist or a related HR role.
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment law.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow up on tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin to direct report with the oversea stakeholder.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems will be an advantage.
• Could work under pressure.
