What they need
Actively taking care of HR Activities.Managing daily Office work (including paper work).
Coordinating and managing recruitment and selection
Taking care of the on-boarding and induction for the new hires
ESIC & PF Enrollment
Clarifying employees about policies, procedures and processes.
Attending employees’ grievances and complaints; providing guidance if necessary.
Providing feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
